• The Women and Young Leaders Network is a core Icon program that provides women and young people with a safe peer leadership space to mentor and coach each other in order to transform their visions into community based systems changing social transformation movements. Starting with an individual woman or young person a social transformation curriculum is being used to address the needs of individual leaders, their organizations and their communities in all fields of human interaction. This program is the foundation of the multi-generational inter-gender leadership movement we are building.
  
  
• The Self-Help Group (SHG) Approach is another Icon program that targets poor voiceless and vulnerable women and is building a new caliber of grassroots leadership to combat poverty. Through informal associations, poor women and marginalized women are equipped with skills and knowledge to identify their needs and priorities, acquire a culture of savings and investment and take action against human rights violations in their communities.


• The School Program specifically targets in-school children through the career guidance and counseling services and engages this age group in leadership dialogue and internships and apprenticeship engagements with women and youth leaders for mentorship.
